This amazing condo is on the first floor of a four-story, oceanfront, eco-friendly building that hosts three luxury houses. The views from the property are breathtaking: enjoy incredible panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the landmark rock of La Leona, Playa Blanca, and the flight of scarlet macaws, pelicans, and numerous other wildlife. The unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, fitting six guests total. The condo has all the comforts of a modern home with stainless steel appliances, porcelain countertops, air-conditioning, cable TV, free WiFi, a dining room for six guests, and a private pool with incredible sunset and ocean views. In its main bedroom, guests can find a premium queen bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and a private bathroom. Both rooms have their separate A/C unit and enjoy stunning ocean views. A shared sun deck and BBQ area are available on the property. The apartment includes private parking for two cars.

The guests will have access to all the unit space: two bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and private pool. Additionally, they will have access to a shared backyard, BBQ area, and terrace.
